During this event, you may purchase gear for others from participating brands on OutdoorProlink.com with your account. Not all brands are participating in the event, so it is your responsibility to ensure that the product(s) you are purchasing for others are marked as “Friends & Family” or are included in the participating brands list here. The event ends at 12/15/23 at midnight MST. Once the event ends, normal pro abuse rules apply, and you may not shop for anyone other than yourself.

You may share up to 6 access codes with your friends & family, so that they may purchase gear for themselves on the Outdoor Prolink Holiday Gift Store (https://vip.outdoorprolink.com). Those you share your access codes with will be given instructions on how to login and make a one-time purchase on the VIP Holiday Event Store (not outdoorprolink.com). We ask that you do not share codes publicly on social media accounts. Click here to share your access codes.
Sure! Please be aware of what brands are participating in the sale. Our team will review orders, so if you purchase an item that doesn’t match your profile information from a brand that is not participating in the Friends & Family Holiday Event, the item(s) will likely be canceled from your order.
Sure! As long as you are ordering from participating brands, you can ship them to their address instead of yours.
Unfortunately all Outdoor Prolink orders are final sale and cannot be edited or canceled after you complete your order. No exceptions. Please review your order before completing your purchase!
When your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email. If you order from multiple brands, you’ll receive one tracking number per brand. You can also check to see if your order has shipped by logging into your Outdoor Prolink account and heading to your Order History.
Per our agreement with distributors, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges on any orders. No exceptions. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase!
All orders take approximately 7-14 business days to process, ship and arrive at your door. We cannot expedite shipping. When your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email. If you order from multiple brands, you’ll receive one tracking number per brand.
Outdoor Prolink is a dropship company. This means that all gear is shipped from each individual brand’s warehouse. If you order from three brands, you’ll receive three separate packages and pay three separate shipping costs.
From November 15th to December 15th, in exchange for your discount on gear we require a $1 donation to your choice of our featured non-profits. On Giving Tuesday, Outdoor Prolink will be matching all donations collected for our non-profits. If your order is tax exempt, please reach out to [email protected] after you place your order with your order # and tax exempt certificate.
