What’s the status of my order?
All pro orders take 7-14 business days to process, ship and arrive. Please wait the full 14 business days before contacting us. We will email you a tracking number when your order ships.
When will the product I am looking for be back in stock?
Please do not email us with inventory questions. Inventory available for purchase fluctuates daily for pro deals and it’s hard for us to predict. Please use the ‘Notify Me’ functionality available on each product page and you will receive an email as soon as the item is back in stock.
Can I add something to my order?
No, sorry. Because of the way our third party system is set up, we can’t add anything to your order or ship two orders together.
I placed my order and made a mistake, can I change it?
No, Sorry. Because of the way our third party system is set up, we can’t adjust your order after it’s placed, including shipping addresses.
My order says it was delivered, but I can’t locate it.
Before you contact us please:
Verify the shipping address with FedEx/UPS, and check the ship-to address you entered.
Look for a notice of attempted delivery
Look around the delivery location for your package
See if your neighbors have accepted the delivery by mistake
If you still cannot locate it, feel free to contact us
Can I order with a friend or ship our orders together to save on shipping?
No. Because of the unique parameters of our pro program we can’t do this, sorry.
How do I get a code from Thule, Yakima, or Pearl Izumi?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and specify the code you'd like. Please be sure to include the email address associated with your account. We will respond with a code.
How do I change my billing or shipping address before I place my order?
Visit the link in the upper right hand corner of the landing page that says 'Welcome Back' and scroll down to the address book. Update your addresses there and then return to the shopping cart to check out.
