Shipping
Our manufacturer partners ship direct from their warehouses.
It is our goal to ship the product within 2 business days of receiving the
order. Generally we use UPS or FedEx ground services, currently we are unable
to ship via express methods – please plan accordingly!
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of this pro purchase program we are unable
to take returns or make exchanges. However, if an item is damaged or does not operate, the manufacturer
will comply with its warranty. If an item is damaged or does not operate,
please send an email to info@outdoorprolink.com
and we will contact you within 24hours.
Sizing
Please use each manufacturer’s sizing charts and information
on their websites to establish which size best suits you.

not sell or share your personal information, including your email address, to
any other company or organization. As qualified members of Outdoor Prolink, we
will send you our monthly newsletter which will include updates on new
manufacturers who have joined Outdoor Prolink, sale items and of course other
useful information…

day, 7 days a week. The information you provide – including your credit card
information—is secured using industry standard e-commerce security technology

information from being intercepted as it is transmitted over the internet.
As added security we do not store
passwords in our database. If you forget your password, to gain access to your
account you will need to hit the “Forgot Password?” link on the Login page and
follow the instructions, you will also need to have access to your email
